When disassembled, the trunk volume increases to 840 liters. The developers had to solve a difficult problem: to preserve the power structure common to sedans, a spacious trunk, while giving the car a dynamic silhouette. To compensate for the shortcomings in the rigidity of such a body, in the LADA Granta liftback - VAZ 2191 , reinforcements were welded between the trunk floor and the wheel arches, as well as into the side members, under the rear seat, plus, the thickness of the floor and the thickness of the side members in this place were increased.

The interior of the liftback has changed a little. We removed Grant's unique dashboard and used the front panel from the Lada Kalina.
